Twice a year we take groups to serve a Habitat for Humanity affiliate somewhere abroad where there is a great need. Our teams help in under served areas of the world, contribute funds and volunteer hours to build affordable shelter that changes lives! Be careful, Global Build Trips can become addictive!
In light of recent natural disasters here in the USA our next Global Build Trip will be building in Houston, TX
Travel to Houston, Texas with a team of up to 15 and help Bend Area Habitat for Humanity partner with St. Bernard Project (SBP) to rebuild homes for families affected by Hurricane Harvey. Our team, led by two staff from Bend Area Habitat, is part of a larger community building projects across the world.
Get your hands dirty on the work site, meet families whose housing situations have been impacted by Hurricane Harvey,
experience the culture of Houston, and do it all alongside a team of like-minded volunteers.
This build is your next step with Habitat to make the world a better place. No experience is required!
Space is limited so get your requests in early.
